During peak sale periods or festive seasons, processing may take up to 3–5 business days. We appreciate your patience.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on all orders above Rs.999.

For orders below Rs.999, a flat shipping fee of Rs.0 is applied.

4. Shipping Partners

We partner with trusted courier services including Blue Dart, Delhivery, Xpressbees, and India Post to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS. You can use this number on the courier partner's website to track your shipment in real-time.

6. Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at the time of placing the order. Zinzy is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address information.

7. Non-Deliverable Areas

Some remote pin codes may not be serviceable. If your pin code is not serviceable, you will be notified at the time of checkout or after order placement.
